Keenan Neilly, Keenan has been licensed as a REALTOR® since 1993 and brings more than three decades of real estate experience and market knowledge to his clients. Having lived in the Greater Vancouver area since 1982, he offers a deep understanding of the region’s neighbourhoods, market trends, and property values. Kelly Huber, Kelly has called the Lower Mainland home since 1988 and quickly knew Vancouver was where he wanted to build both his life and career. Licensed in 2008, he brings extensive experience across many facets of real estate, including listings, first-time buyers, relocations, land assemblies, and strata properties. Known for his strong negotiation skills, strategic marketing approach, and deep local market knowledge, Kelly works tirelessly to guide clients through every step of the process.
