VANCOUVER WEST

Vancouver West includes some of the city's most established and sought-after neighbourhoods, stretching from Downtown and False Creek through Kitsilano, Point Grey, Dunbar, Kerrisdale and the communities along the Cambie Corridor. Housing ranges from high-rise waterfront condos and townhomes to character homes, luxury residences and newer infill housing.

Kitsilano

Kitsilano combines residential living with easy access to beaches, parks, restaurants and shopping. The neighbourhood offers a mix of character homes, duplexes, townhomes and condos, with many properties within walking or cycling distance of Kitsilano Beach, West 4th Avenue and Broadway. Its proximity to Downtown and UBC makes Kitsilano attractive to a wide range of buyers.

Point Grey & West Point Grey

West Point Grey is an established residential neighbourhood close to UBC, Pacific Spirit Regional Park and Vancouver's western beaches. Detached homes make up much of the housing stock, although townhomes, condos and newer redevelopment can also be found. The area is particularly known for its residential streets, views in certain locations and convenient access to the university.

Dunbar

Dunbar is predominantly residential and is known for quiet streets, parks and proximity to Pacific Spirit Regional Park. Dunbar's location provides convenient access to UBC, Kerrisdale and Vancouver's west side amenities.

Kerrisdale

Kerrisdale offers a mix of detached homes, condos and townhomes surrounding a well-established shopping district along West 41st Avenue. The neighbourhood has a traditional residential feel while providing convenient access to shops, restaurants, community facilities and transit. Housing ranges from older character properties to newer homes and multi-family residences.

Shaughnessy

Shaughnessy is characterized by large residential lots, mature landscaping and many significant heritage and character homes. Located in central Vancouver West, it provides convenient access to Downtown, South Granville, Oakridge and Kerrisdale. Arbutus Ridge

Arbutus Ridge is a primarily residential west-side neighbourhood located between Kitsilano, Dunbar and Shaughnessy. The area offers detached homes, duplexes and newer infill housing, with convenient access to the Arbutus Greenway, neighbourhood shopping and several major routes connecting different parts of Vancouver.

Fairview & False Creek

Fairview and False Creek offer a more urban style of living close to Downtown Vancouver. Condos and townhomes make up much of the housing, with easy access to the seawall, Granville Island, Broadway, shopping, restaurants and transit. The area is particularly convenient for buyers who want to remain close to the city centre without necessarily living downtown.

Cambie & Riley Park

The Cambie and Riley Park area combines established residential streets with significant redevelopment along the Cambie Corridor. Buyers can find detached homes, duplexes, townhomes and an increasing selection of newer condominiums. Queen Elizabeth Park, Hillcrest Community Centre, Main Street and Canada Line stations are important amenities in and around the area.

Oakridge

Oakridge is undergoing substantial change as new residential development adds condominiums and mixed-use communities to an area traditionally known for detached homes. Canada Line access and its central location make Oakridge convenient for travel to Downtown, Richmond and other parts of Vancouver.

Marpole

Located in southwest Vancouver, Marpole offers a diverse mix of detached homes, townhomes and condominiums. Its location near major transportation routes provides convenient access to Richmond, Vancouver International Airport and other west-side neighbourhoods. Continued redevelopment has also expanded the range of housing available in the area.

DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER & THE WEST END

Downtown Vancouver provides a distinctly urban lifestyle with restaurants, shopping, entertainment, employment centres and the waterfront all close at hand. Housing is predominantly condominium-based and ranges from older concrete buildings to modern luxury towers.

West End

The West End combines high-density residential living with tree-lined streets and exceptional access to Stanley Park, English Bay and the seawall. Buyers will find everything from older apartment-style condominiums to newer luxury residences, often within walking distance of Downtown amenities.

Yaletown

Killarney
